Apartment rules

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment

- Please keep noise levels down after 10 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors

- Pets are not allowed

- Please turn off all lights and electronic devices when leaving the apartment to save energy

- Please dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations

- Please inform us immediately if there is any damage or if you encounter any problems

- Please leave the apartment in the same tidy condition as you found it

Pool rules

- No eating/drinking in the pool

- Children must be supervised: Children under the age of 14 may only use the pool when accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure their safety

- Loud noises, aggressive behavior, and disturbances must be avoided in order to provide a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and residents

- Be careful on slippery surfaces

-The pool may only be used between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to ensure safety and maintenance of the pool

-The courtyard gate must be kept closed at all times
